Product Introduction

The space triple junction GaAs solar cell consists of GaInP/GaAs/Ge triple junction cell, silicon bypass diode, inter-links and radiation resistant cover glass. 

Product performance meets the requirements of GJB 7392-2011 and ECSS E-ST-20-08C standards, with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and good resistance to space radiations. More than 1,000,000 of cells have been used in orbit.
