Our Space-Grade Triple-Junction GaAs Solar Cell Assemblies are core power generation components for satellite solar arrays, engineered for high-efficiency energy conversion in the harsh space environment. Each assembly comprises a GaInP/GaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cell, a silicon bypass diode, high-reliability interconnectors, and a radiation-hardened cover glass—integrated to deliver stable and durable photoelectric performance.

Our products fully comply with the stringent requirements of GJB 7392-2011 (China National Military Standard) and ECSS E-ST-20-08C (European Cooperation for Space Standardization), embodying exceptional photoelectric conversion efficiency and superior space radiation tolerance.
